Our Wholesome journey began in a grocery store in Norway, where they, you know, actually care about what's in their food. I picked a tub of yogurt off the shelf, mentally prepared to see the dreaded 9,000 grams of added sugar...

Only to find it wasn't there. No familiar feeling of defeated resignation, like every time we pick up a damn fruit pouch in the good old US of A.

I thought, "I wish it was this easy to find healthy snacks for Atlas back home..." [authors note, that's our son, pictured facelessly throughout this site]
